I went for a couples massage with my boyfriend a few weeks back, a 90 minute massage..... OMG it was AHHHmazing. I completely recommend this place to anyone who needs a good massage. I had Rose, she gave me a mean deep tissue massage, and I felt great for days after. I am hoping to get another massage ASAP. My boyfriend is very picky, we have been to many places (probably have been to ten places) and this is his top favorite. Looks like we won't be shopping around anymore. Oh, and the beds are heated.
We went to the south bridge st location. Im not sure if both locations are run by the same people, but since it gives me an option on their website im going to assume so. With that being said... Worst experience of my life. I book a couples massage online. Then called cuz we wanted to book the sauna and that wonderful looking rainfall shower. I told the woman we want to come in sooner since we would like to use the sauna and shower before the massage. Well we got there 30 mins to our massage time since it should have been plenty of time. I even told her what time we were going to be there. Well the girl brought us into our room. Told me to go on 1 side my babe on the other side and left. Came back to us in robs since we were expecting to be in the sauna then shower like I asked for. She laughed at us n said oh u never have massage before?... um, well, yes actually i have, but we are expecting another service 1st. So after waiting awkwardly for 10 mins they finally come back cuz our sauna is finally ready. The sauna was ok. So then we were expecting a nice rianfall shower n what we got was an almost pitch black stall (like no lights) with a normal everyday shower head. No shampoo, or wash cloths only body wash and shower caps. We get back to our room 5 mins after the start of the schedualed massage time. Waited another 10 mins after that before they came in to massage us. The girl's phone kept going off. She kept stopping to answer it. At 1 point she put it on the table i was laying on n it kept going off and as im exposed they kept opening and closing the door. A lot of chatter between themselves and extra noise from them opening the door n the phone. So after all that... As if thats wasnt enough as we were trying to get dressed they come barging in telling us we need to hurry and go cuz they need to clean the room before the next couple. So we didnt even get a full hour massage. I left more stressed and in pain than what i started with. Well i left a very small tip and they are lucky they got that cuz in reality i didnt want to pay any more then i did. However i for 1 will never go back and i suggest u dont waste ur money either! Very unprofessional indeed. I suffer from chronic pain and they never asked if they could focus anywhere in particular. Massage therapy is not a passion for those ppl it's just another job to them. Which is very disappointing for someone like me.
Rose and Lilly are PHENOMENAL! Had the best couples massage and cannot wait to return next month. Their hands are magic and worked out every problem area I had!
Rose and Coco did beyond amazing... We recomend couple masaages from here alllllll the time.. We will ne back.
I had my first massage at Zenergy today and it was great! My massage therapist worked very hard and helped with my shoulders a lot! I've been told during massages that my shoulders and neck are like working on a "brick", but she did a great job loosening them up. Very comfortable place, very friendly staff. Thank you!
